Request deletion of your data

To remove a Facebook Page connection, sign in to your StayOne account, choose the business, and use its disconnect control. This deletes the saved connection and token from our active customer record. It does not delete the Facebook Page or posts already published on it.

Delete other StayOne account information

Email office@stayone.studio from the address on your account with the subject “StayOne data deletion request.” Tell us whether you want a particular business removed or the whole account. We will verify ownership, explain any information we must retain for billing, security, disputes, or other obligations, and confirm when the request has been handled.

Disconnecting a Page or requesting deletion does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription. Please also request cancellation through your account’s help area if you want service to end.
