When you have StayOne hosting plus the monthly Daily Ads subscription, your account is Platinum: our highest-priority customers, eligible for custom builds, with optional early or testing access to new tools. It is not a separately priced plan or unlimited free work; custom builds are still quoted.

A domain is your web or email address, such as yourbusiness.com. It is registered for a limited term and must be renewed. Availability and registration/renewal prices vary by name and extension.

Your business remains the registrant. Domain unlock and authorization-code release have no StayOne release fee. Optional standard transfer assistance is $75; provider charges and site/mail migration are separate.

Mail sent to your custom-domain address is delivered to your existing inbox. It is not a separate mailbox, and normal replies use that inbox’s address. Compare email options.

Yes. Request a standalone forwarding address for $11.99/month. We ask for the address you want, your domain or preferred new domain, and the inbox that should receive mail.

Your first address is included while we host your website, or $11.99/month on its own. Extra addresses on the same domain are $5/month each, added to that first address.

The Daily Ads service guarantees 24 posts per month and aims to post daily. Approved business facts, initial proof review and Facebook Page access are part of setup. A signup or saved card alone does not mean ads are running.

The seven-day live trial is intended to start after you approve the initial proofs, your Facebook Page connection is verified, and payment setup is complete. Active promotions can change trial terms. Your account should show the applicable terms before enrollment; creating an account alone does not start the trial.
