Privacy at StayOne

Last updated September 25, 2026. This page explains the information StayOne uses when you contact us, create an account, set up service, or connect a Facebook Page.

Information you give us

We receive your contact details, business information, goals, requested services, logos and other files you upload, answers and feedback you submit, and any messages you send us. Account registration uses your email and password; we store a password hash, not your readable password. If you opt in to texts, we record the phone number and your consent.

Facebook Page connection

If you choose to connect a Facebook Page, Meta shows the permissions requested by StayOne. We receive the Pages you can manage, the Page you select, access information needed to check publishing permission, and the permission and connection status. We use this information to connect your chosen Page and support the posting service you request. StayOne does not receive your Facebook password. You can disconnect the Page in your StayOne account; that removes the saved connection and its token from our active customer record.

Payments and service messages

Stripe handles card setup and payments. StayOne stores Stripe customer, payment-method, and subscription identifiers and billing status, but not your full card number. We use email for account confirmation and service notices. We send promotional or service text messages only as described in the consent you choose during setup; you can contact us about that preference.

How we use and share information

We use this information to set up and manage your account, prepare and review creative work, answer requests, check Page access, administer billing, and operate the service. Service providers involved in those functions may process the information needed for their part of the service, including Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Meta for Page connection, Stripe for payments, and our email or text delivery providers.

Access, changes, and deletion

You can update business details in your account and disconnect a Facebook Page there. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, email office@stayone.studio from your account email. We verify requests before acting and may retain information when needed for billing records, security, disputes, or other obligations. See the data deletion instructions for details.
