There is no incoming-message overage charge for this forwarding service. Individual messages larger than 25 MiB cannot be forwarded.

Can I reply from my new business address?
Forwarding handles incoming mail. Normal replies from your existing inbox show that inbox’s address. If you need to send and receive as your business address, ask us about a customer-owned Google Workspace mailbox. Google charges its subscription separately; StayOne setup is $25 for domain records or $125 for guided first-mailbox and one-device setup.
Can I use Apple Mail or Outlook?
Yes, through the destination inbox you already use. Forwarding does not create a separate mailbox, password or email app login.
What if I already own a domain?
We review your domain and existing mail setup before making changes. Existing mailbox records must be preserved. Do not send account passwords in the request form.
How much incoming mail is included?
There is no incoming-message overage charge for this forwarding service. Individual messages larger than 25 MiB cannot be forwarded. Website-generated outbound email is a separate service with separately agreed limits.
Will my domain be bought when I submit the form?
No. This is a setup request. We confirm availability, ownership details and the full price before a domain purchase or recurring service starts.
What happens if I leave?
You remain the domain registrant. We provide an unlock and authorization code without a StayOne release fee. Optional standard transfer coordination is $75; registrar fees and moving websites or mailboxes are separate.
