Write your quote, review exactly what your customer will see, then send it by email, by text or both — or copy the secure link and share it yourself. Every sent version is saved exactly as sent, and a new version never inherits an earlier answer.
Your dashboard keeps a searchable record of each quote: customer, number, amount, date, status and the response you received.
Scheduling integration coming soon. Today, an accepted quote is a record of your customer’s answer. It doesn’t book work, take a deposit or charge anyone.
Texting your customers
Before you text a customer, share your personal opt-in link with them. They enter their own number and agree to quote texts from your business. StayOne never sends an unrequested first text.

Does my customer need an account?
No. They open a private link from your email or text, review the quote, and respond. Links expire on the date you set and you can cancel or replace a link at any time.
What is a text segment?
Carriers count texts in segments of up to 160 standard characters (or 70 if a message uses special characters such as emoji). StayOne quote notices are short and normally use one segment. You see the count before you send.
What happens when I run out of text segments?
Nothing is charged automatically. You can keep sending by email or secure link, or choose to add 100 more segments for $9. Unused added segments carry into the next month while your service is active.
Who do replies go to?
Quote emails come from StayOne on your behalf, and replies go to your account email address. Your customer’s answer is also saved on your dashboard.
Does accepting a quote charge my customer?
No. Acceptance records your customer’s answer and the name they typed. It doesn’t take payment, collect a deposit or schedule work. Scheduling integration is coming soon.
